Stephanie Seubert


Stephanie became a licensed broker in 2000 and has experience in all areas of commercial real estate including office, retail and industrial leasing and sales. Stephanie works hard to create and maintain healthy relationships with clients and peers throughout the community. Whether the transaction is large or small, Stephanie’s attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and professionalism have all been integral parts of her success.

Background and Experience

Stephanie is a native Oregonian. She was born and raised in the small coastal community of Florence, Oregon where her family has deep roots dating back four generations. Stephanie possesses a strong work ethic, stemming in part from her life-long involvement in various family businesses and from her innate eagerness to work hard and excel in her profession.

Upon graduation from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing, Stephanie moved to Eugene. She attended Lane Community College and received an Associates of Applied Arts Degree in Graphic Design in 1996.

In 1999, Stephanie began working at Evans, Elder & Brown, Inc. (formerly Prichard, Evans & Elder, Inc.). She became a full partner at Evans Elder & Brown Commercial Real Estate in 2008.

Stephanie believes it is important to build long-lasting business relationships. She works diligently to create a positive experience for all parties involved in each transaction.

Stephanie is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Eugene-Springfield program where she participated on the steering committee for 6 years after graduation, serving as the chair of the committee for the final two years of her term.

Stephanie also served on the Eugene Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2016 – 2021, where she served as Board Chair in 2019.

Stephanie started coaching for Kidsports in 2000 and currently serves on the Kidsports Board of Directors. She is also actively involved with Eugene Civic Alliance, having served on the Advisory Committee and the Leadership Committee. Stephanie currently serves as a liaison between the Kidsports Board of Directors and the Eugene Civic Alliance Board of Directors. She considers her work with these groups to be one of her biggest accomplishments, as her involvement with both organizations helped fulfill the dream of building Civic Park and giving Kidsports an amazing facility to call home.

Personal

Stephanie has lived in Eugene since 1994 where she an her husband have enjoyed raising their twins who were born on Christmas day in 2003. Stephanie spends her free time socializing with friends and family, running, hiking, biking and spending time in Sunriver.
