Ashley Elder

As an Attorney, Ashley brings her knowledge of the law—specifically real estate law—to Evans, Elder, Brown & Seubert. She has been the Attorney on real estate deals, and she brings that same acumen and attention to detail to her work as a Broker. Ashley is used to working hard, both in law school and as an Attorney, and she is excited to apply that same work ethic in brokering real estate deals.

Background and Experience

Born and raised in Eugene, Ashley left the Pacific Northwest to attend University of San Diego, where she graduated with degrees in Political Science and History. While she loved the year-round sun, she knew that she wanted to move back to Eugene, a community that she loves. Immediately after completing her undergraduate studies, Ashley attended University of Oregon Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review, the Business Law Clinic, and the Tax Moot Court team. As a member of the Law Review, she was recognized by her peers for her editorial excellence, displaying great attention to detail that she carries into her work as a Broker.

Ashley knew early on that she wanted to focus on commercial real estate, which is why she got her real estate broker’s license after graduating from law school. She then put her real estate career on hold to take the Bar exam and work as an Attorney practicing Real Estate Law. As an attorney, Ashley’s focus centered around getting her clients the best deal, in much the same way as she will do for her clients as a Broker.

Personal

Outside of work, Ashley has been involved in many organizations in the community, including Angel Hair Foundation, Oregon Club, Chamber of Commerce, O’Hara Catholic School, Eugene Country Club, the American Heart Association, the Alpha Phi Foundation and Chair of the 2017 Marist High School Auction.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys playing golf and walking her Goldendoodle, Howard.
